living happily at home and at work
Our personal and professional lives are not separate worlds. The choices we make in one can shape the other: where we live, how we spend our time, who we surround ourselves with, what we have energy for, and whether we are able to pursue the things that matter most to us.
Sometimes what feels like dissatisfaction in one area of life is connected to something much larger. Coaching can help you see those connections more clearly, understand what needs to change, and begin moving toward a life aligned with what matters most to you.

Approach
You can work with me through 1:1 coaching, self-paced programs, or a combination of both, depending on what best supports you.
In 1:1 coaching, the process is fully client-centered. There’s no cookie-cutter approach. Each session is shaped by what you bring, guided inquiry, and the vision and goals that emerge over time. The work is adaptive, responsive, and personal.
In structured programs, you move through intentionally designed exercises within a supportive container. Each course is created to support specific shifts, from grounding and resilience to identity exploration and forward movement.
My Three Pillars
Psychological Insight

Values exploration, pattern recognition, reflective questioning, reframing
Self-awareness is the beginning of change. I draw on evidence-based psychological approaches and reflective inquiry to help you understand yourself, your patterns, and what may be influencing the way you think, feel, and respond.
We look at the patterns that keep repeating, the situations that trigger familiar reactions, and the stories you may have come to accept about what you can or cannot do. Some of these patterns may once have protected you or helped you adapt, but they may no longer fit the life you are trying to create.
The goal is not to analyze everything endlessly. It is to develop enough self-awareness to recognize what is influencing you, question what no longer serves you, and make more conscious choices about what you want to carry forward.
Systems Thinking

Mapping influences, identifying constraints, competing priorities, resources and support
The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. I look at the bigger picture. Personal and professional challenges rarely exist in isolation, and understanding how different parts of your life affect one another can reveal where change is really needed.
We look at the wider system around the problem: your work, relationships, responsibilities, environment, routines, expectations, resources, and competing priorities. This can reveal where friction is coming from, what is within your influence, and whether the problem itself needs to change or simply be understood differently.
The goal is to see your situation as a whole, so the decisions you make support the life you are trying to create rather than solving one problem while creating another.
Intentional Action

Prioritization, experimentation, decision-making, accountability
Small steps create momentum. Insight becomes useful when it leads somewhere. I help you translate reflection and clarity into practical steps that support meaningful and sustainable change.
This is where you translate your vision into small, realistic steps that you choose and feel ready to take. We look at what to prioritize, what may be getting in the way, what support or resources you may need, and how to test new approaches without making change feel overwhelming. Rather than forcing change, the process focuses on experimentation, learning, and building confidence through action.
The goal is to build change in a way that feels realistic, self-directed, and sustainable, so progress becomes something you can continue long after the coaching ends.
About

There are only two places in the world where we can live happy: at home and in Paris.”
Ernest Hemingway
My story
Born and raised in Romania, much of my life has been spent in pursuit of happiness.
My path has never been linear. I first completed a Master of Science in Textile Design and Engineering at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University in Iași and studied painting. Over the years, I worked as an engineer and fashion designer, taught technical drawing to undergraduate students, produced a radio show, ran my own gym.
Later, I moved abroad and expanded my creative practice internationally, earning master’s degrees in Theatre from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and Scenography from Central Saint Martins College of Art in London.
Alongside my artistic practice, I built a long career in IT, working inside complex organizations. This experience continually gives me insight into how people respond to pressure, uncertainty, competing priorities, and constant change.
My own midlife challenges eventually brought my interest in psychology into sharper focus. I returned to academic study and completed a BPS-accredited Master of Science in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing from the University of Wolverhampton.
Across all these different worlds, one thread has remained constant: a desire to understand how people change, adapt, find alignment, and create a sense of fulfillment in their lives.
That is the foundation of my work as a wellbeing coach.
Why work with me
I grew up in a military family, which shaped my values early: honesty, loyalty, responsibility, and keeping my word. Those values guide how I work. I show up fully present, take my commitments seriously, and stay focused on helping you create meaningful change.
Change has been a defining thread of my life. I’ve lived in 13 cities across seven countries and navigated loss, heartbreak, illness, career transitions, burnout, and long periods of uncertainty. I know how disorienting it can be when the life you are living no longer feels like the life you want.
I also know how easy it is to stay in that space for too long, thinking, analyzing, postponing, and waiting for clarity to arrive on its own.
My work brings together lived experience, psychological insight, systems thinking, and a practical coaching approach designed to help you see what is really happening, reconnect with what matters, and begin moving forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. You only need to know that something needs to change.
If that is where you are, this may be the right place to start.
